🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct safe, efficient 737NG operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and contribute to strong CRM, threat and error management, and a just culture.
  • Execute thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance checks.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch, engineering, and cabin crew to ensure on-time performance and excellent passenger experience.
  • Maintain proficiency through recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement.

  • License: Valid ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4
  • Type Rating: Not required (NTR) – training provided
  • Open to License Holders: JCAB
  • Additional: Air Radio Operator License
  • Right to Work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must hold independent work authorization.
