🧭 The role
As a Line Pilot on the B737NG, you will execute safe, efficient and passenger-focused operations across domestic and regional routes. You will apply SOPs, robust CRM and Threat & Error Management principles, exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions, and contribute to a strong safety and reporting culture.
- Plan each sector: performance calculations, fuel and payload planning, weather and NOTAM review, and FMS setup.
- Operate the 737NG to company SOPs and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest safety margins at all times.
- Communicate effectively with ATC using your Air Radio Operator License; ensure clear, concise radio work.
- Deliver punctual, smooth operations with a strong focus on passenger comfort and service-minded decision making.
- Embrace CRM and TEM, escalating and mitigating operational risks proactively.
- Complete flight documentation, safety reports and post-flight debriefs accurately and on time.
- Participate fully in recurrent training, simulator checks and line checks.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Valid ATPL (ICAO-compliant); JCAB license holders accepted.
- Valid Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Air Radio Operator License.
- Right to live and work at the assigned base; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Desirable: recent multi-crew, multi-engine experience and strong evidence of SOP discipline, situational awareness and teamwork.
