Boeing 737NG First Officer (Type-Rated)

✈️ The opportunity

As a 737NG First Officer, you’ll operate safely, efficiently, and on-time within a high-performance flight deck culture. You will collaborate closely with Captains, Cabin Crew, and Operations to deliver an excellent passenger experience while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and SOP compliance.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• In-type time: 500 hours on Boeing 737NG
• Licence: ATPL — EASA holders
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Current Boeing 737NG

• Minimum 1 year civil aviation experience
• At least a high school diploma
• Valid passport and full travel eligibility
• No history of accidents or incidents
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and safety-focused
• Strong team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
• Proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement
• Living in or willing to relocate to Germany (HAJ/CGN/DUS/NUE) or Türkiye; or locally flexible

Operate from well-connected European and Turkish gateways that support a varied network and dynamic schedule.

• Germany: Hannover (HAJ), Cologne/Bonn (CGN), Düsseldorf (DUS), Nuremberg (NUE)
• Türkiye: Multiple local bases

Local flexibility is considered a strong advantage.
