🧭 Your mission
- Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations, supporting the Captain as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring.
- Execute thorough pre-flight planning, including performance, fuel, weather, and route verification, and ensure accurate FMS setup.
- Lead and participate in briefings, maintain checklist discipline, and apply effective CRM across multicultural crews.
- Maintain high situational awareness, apply threat and error management, and make timely, well-judged decisions in dynamic conditions.
- Share tasks and delegate effectively on the flight deck, fostering safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Open to license holders: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Required (B737)
- Type rating currency: B737 type rating not expired more than one year
- In type: 500 hours
- Flight time notes: A minimum of 500 hours total flying time on type B737 or on the same or higher weight category
- Last flight: No break of more than 12 months in the flights
- COVID-19 vaccination: Required where permitted by applicable law
🧾 Eligibility and compliance
- Passport: Must hold a valid, unrestricted EU passport
- Background: No criminal record and no incident record
- Health: Yellow fever vaccination
- Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided
