Boeing 737NG First Officer (Type-Rated)

🧭 About the role

As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you’ll support safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations in accordance with DGCA CASR and company SOPs. You’ll partner closely with the Captain to deliver disciplined flight deck operations, thorough preflight planning, and professional customer service on routes that include dynamic environments and overnight operations in eastern Indonesia.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 3,000 hours
• In type (B737NG): 50 hours
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• Type rating: Required (B737NG)
• Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (ICAO)
• Medical: Class 1; passed medical health test
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher

🌟 Additional requirements

• Graduate of an aviation school
• Computer literate; comfortable with modern EFBs and office applications
• Thorough knowledge of DGCA CASR
• Non-smoker
• Strong relationship management; thrives in diverse, multicultural teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Meets color vision standards (no color vision deficiency)
• Willing to accept RON schedules in the Papua area (eastern Indonesia)

• Apply disciplined CRM and TEM to maintain the highest safety standards
• Support on-time performance and a quality passenger experience across Indonesia, including remote operations
