🧭 The role

As a 737NG First Officer, you will support safe and efficient operations across all phases of flight while delivering a calm, customer-focused experience. You’ll work closely with the Captain and crew, exercising sound judgement and disciplined systems management on every sector.

  • Operate the 737NG in line with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ICAO standards.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Apply robust CRM and threat-and-error management, maintaining situational awareness and clear communication.
  • Champion a safety-first cockpit culture and continuous improvement mindset.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Hours in type: 500+ on Boeing 737NG
  • Type rating: Current B737NG type rating
  • Licence: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: ELP Level 5
