🧭 Role snapshot

As a key member of a two-crew cockpit, you will operate Boeing 737NG aircraft in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across our network.

  • Perform duties as Pilot Flying/Pilot Monitoring with strict adherence to checklists and procedures.
  • Lead thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings with the Captain and crew.
  • Apply effective CRM and clear communication with ATC, dispatch, and cabin crew.
  • Maintain situational awareness and sound decision-making in dynamic operational environments.

🧰 Minimum flight experience

  • In type: Minimum 500 hours on Boeing 737
  • Total MPA time: At least 1,500 hours on MPA
  • Last flight recency: B737-300 to -900 (NG/EFIS) within the last 24 months

🧾 Licensing & medical

  • License: ATPL — ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
