🧭 Role snapshot
As a key member of a two-crew cockpit, you will operate Boeing 737NG aircraft in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across our network.
- Perform duties as Pilot Flying/Pilot Monitoring with strict adherence to checklists and procedures.
- Lead thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings with the Captain and crew.
- Apply effective CRM and clear communication with ATC, dispatch, and cabin crew.
- Maintain situational awareness and sound decision-making in dynamic operational environments.
🧰 Minimum flight experience
- In type: Minimum 500 hours on Boeing 737
- Total MPA time: At least 1,500 hours on MPA
- Last flight recency: B737-300 to -900 (NG/EFIS) within the last 24 months
🧾 Licensing & medical
- License: ATPL — ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
