🧭 The mission
As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will fly challenging line operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, security, and professionalism. You will support the Captain in all phases of flight, execute company SOPs, and operate within a highly regulated 14 CFR Part 121 environment.
Your background and clearances enable you to thrive in sensitive operational settings, safeguarding information and adhering to all access protocols without compromising safety or service.
🧰 What you will do
- Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, and thorough aircraft inspections in accordance with company manuals and regulatory requirements.
- Operate the 737NG flight deck as pilot flying or pilot monitoring, managing FMS, automation, and checklist discipline with precision.
- Apply disciplined CRM and threat and error management to maintain situational awareness and a just culture of safety.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ATC to ensure safe, legal, and on-time operations.
- Comply with 14 CFR Parts 60, 61, 67, 117, 120, and 121, as amended by the Customer, including fitness for duty and age 65 limit.
- Maintain all training, checking, and currency requirements per company policy and Part 121, including recurrent, as amended by the Customer.
- Protect sensitive information and adhere to all security and access control procedures associated with your clearances and airport credentials.

- Minimum total time: 1,500 hours
- Type rating: Boeing 737NG type rating required
- License: ATP issued by the FAA (accepted licenses: FAA only)
- Medical: Current First Class
- Security clearance: Current US Department of Defense TS/SCI
- Airport badge: Current US DHS/TSA LAS badge
- Driver license: Current US state-issued driver license
- Regulatory compliance: Able to fully comply with US DOT 14 CFR Parts 60, 61, 67, 117, 120, and 121, including age 65 limit, as amended by the Customer
- Currency: Maintain training and checking currency per company policy and Part 121 requirements, as amended by the Customer
- Core skills: Exemplary CRM, checklist discipline, IFR proficiency, and clear, concise cockpit communication
