🧭 The Role

As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will fly short- and medium-haul operations alongside an experienced Captain, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused journeys from briefing to block-in.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and company policies.
  • Apply robust threat and error management, fuel-efficient techniques, and sound decision-making.
  • Demonstrate strong CRM, communication, and leadership-in-support across a multicultural cockpit.
  • Maintain currency, technical proficiency, and a continuous improvement mindset.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: Minimum 1,500 hours (excluding P3 time, rotary, and single/multi‑engine piston)
  • On type: Minimum 500 hours on B737NG
  • Type rating: Current B737NG type rating required
  • Recent experience: At least 150 hours on type within the last 12 months at time of joining
  • License: Valid ATPLEASA
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Ukrainian
  • Compliance: Clean criminal record
