🧭 Your Mission

As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will operate alongside an experienced Captain, delivering safe, efficient, and customer‑focused flights while upholding company procedures and regulatory standards.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Apply effective CRM and threat‑and‑error management on every sector.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Maintain high situational awareness and sound decision‑making in dynamic operations.
  • Champion a positive safety culture through reporting, debriefing, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in recurrent training and checking to sustain proficiency on type.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours minimum (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi‑engine piston time)
  • In type: 500 hours on B737NG
  • Recent flight time: Flown at least 150 hours on B737NG within the last 12 months at time of joining
  • Type rating: Current B737NG
  • License: Valid EASA ATPL (A)
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Languages: English and Ukrainian
  • Background check: Ability to demonstrate a clean criminal record
  • Eligibility: Open to EASA license holders

Note: P3, rotary, and piston time (single or multi‑engine) do not count toward the minimum 1,500 hours.
