🧭 Your Mission
As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will operate alongside an experienced Captain, delivering safe, efficient, and customer‑focused flights while upholding company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Apply effective CRM and threat‑and‑error management on every sector.
- Conduct comprehensive pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Maintain high situational awareness and sound decision‑making in dynamic operations.
- Champion a positive safety culture through reporting, debriefing, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in recurrent training and checking to sustain proficiency on type.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours minimum (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi‑engine piston time)
- In type: 500 hours on B737NG
- Recent flight time: Flown at least 150 hours on B737NG within the last 12 months at time of joining
- Type rating: Current B737NG
- License: Valid EASA ATPL (A)
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Languages: English and Ukrainian
- Background check: Ability to demonstrate a clean criminal record
- Eligibility: Open to EASA license holders
Note: P3, rotary, and piston time (single or multi‑engine) do not count toward the minimum 1,500 hours.
