✈️ About the role
Step onto a modern Boeing 737NG flight deck and help deliver safe, efficient operations across a dynamic network. As a First Officer, you will partner with experienced Captains, contribute to a strong safety culture, and receive type conversion training if you are not yet rated.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 737NG as Pilot Flying/Pilot Monitoring in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight preparation, performance planning, and aircraft systems checks.
- Uphold exemplary CRM, threat and error management, and disciplined checklist execution.
- Manage normal and non‑normal procedures, communicating clearly with flight crew, cabin crew, and ATC.
- Participate in recurrent training, simulator checks, and continuous professional development.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Licences: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME; open to HKCAD licence holders.
- Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s Licence.
- Medical: Current Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome).
- Flight time: At least 1,000 hours as P1 or P2, or 1,500 hours as P2X, on a turbine or jet aircraft with a certified mass of ≥30,000 kg and certified for operation by no fewer than two crew.
- Turbine/jet experience: At least 500 hours on a turbine or jet aircraft meeting the criteria above; a lower threshold may be considered for pilots currently qualified on a Company aircraft type.
- Work rights: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have the unrestricted right to live and work as required.
