✈️ The mission
As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will fly in a fast-paced, cargo-focused environment where night operations, tight ground turnarounds, and safe handling of DG are part of everyday work. Our 737-800SF network complements the long-haul flying performed by our 747 fleet, offering you exposure to a broad and varied cargo operation within a single airline. You will thrive in an international, multicultural team that values professionalism, consistency, collaboration, and a calm, solution-oriented approach on the flight deck and on the ground.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 737-800SF safely and efficiently across our expanding international network.
- Apply company SOPs and industry best practices in accordance with EASA regulations.
- Manage night flying, quick turnarounds, and on-time performance in coordination with dispatch, load control, and ground operations.
- Ensure accurate load, balance, fuel, and performance calculations tailored to freighter operations.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the Captain, operations control, maintenance, and station teams.
- Contribute to a just culture focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across narrowbody and widebody cargo operations.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Type rating: Required on Boeing 737NG
- Licence: Valid EASA CPL/ATPL (A) or MPL (A), without operator bonding
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 5
- Licences accepted: EASA only
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
