Boeing 737NG Direct Entry Captain – Avelo Airlines (USA)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command B737NG flights under 14 CFR Part 121, upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin team, fostering a professional, collaborative cockpit environment.
• Exercise sound judgment through all phases of flight and during irregular operations.
• Deliver a friendly, on-time experience while operating night/overnight, weekend, and holiday trips as required.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Valid and current U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical with a minimum of 3 months validity at start date.
• Meets 14 CFR §121.436(a)(3) requirements.
• Total time: 5,000 hours fixed-wing.
• Turbine PIC: 2,000 hours.
• Part 121 PIC: 1,000 hours.
• ATPL / FAA ATP certificate.
• Current B737NG type rating.
• Pass Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule with variable hours and duty periods up to 16 hours, including multi-day trips.
