🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain 737NG operations from preflight to shutdown, upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams; champion CRM, TEM, and strict SOP adherence.
- Execute performance calculations, fuel and payload planning, and thorough weather/NOTAM reviews.
- Exercise sound operational judgment under dynamic conditions with strong situational awareness.
- Complete all operational documentation accurately and on time; contribute to a strong safety culture.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Type rating: Current and valid Boeing 737NG type rating (type-rated required)
- Flight hours: 3,500+ hours total on jet aircraft
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 2,500+ hours PIC on jet aircraft
- PIC in type: 500+ hours as PIC on the B737NG
- License: Valid ATPL (FAA / ICAO / JAA)
- Medical: Valid Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Note: Minimum flight time must include at least 2,500 hours as Pilot in Command on jet aircraft.
