🧭 Your Mission

As Captain on the B737NG, you will lead every sector with uncompromising airmanship and a safety-first mindset. You’ll execute precise departures and arrivals, manage fuel and operational performance, and foster an empowered, communicative cockpit environment that elevates CRM and passenger confidence.

  • Command all phases of flight to the highest safety and compliance standards.
  • Champion SOP adherence while applying sound judgment in dynamic conditions.
  • Guide and mentor First Officers, modeling calm, confident leadership.
  • Collaborate across operations and ground teams for on-time, efficient turns.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • PIC in Type: 500 hours on the B737NG
  • Jet PIC: 2,500 hours
  • Total Jet Time: 3,500 hours
  • Type Rating: Required on B737NG
  • License Required: ATPL
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA, ICAO, JAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Visa sponsorship: Provided
