As a Boeing 737NG Captain at Compass Cargo Airlines, you will operate within an international, multicultural team focused on safe, efficient, and cargo‑oriented flying. Our 737-800SF network complements our 747 long‑haul operation, offering a rare mix of short/medium‑haul schedules and exposure to a broad cargo environment—within a single company. From night operations to rapid ground turnarounds and dangerous goods handling, you’ll set the pace from the flight deck and help uphold the standards that drive the entire operation.

🧭 What you’ll do

Lead safe, compliant B737-800SF operations across an international cargo network under EASA regulations and company SOPs.
Manage night operations, tight ground turnarounds, and time‑critical cargo schedules with a calm, solution‑oriented approach.
Exercise strong CRM, ensuring clear communication and reliable teamwork with flight crew, dispatch, and ground operations.
Oversee load, performance, fuel, and MEL/CDL considerations to maintain efficiency and on‑time performance.
Apply robust decision‑making in dynamic cargo environments, including dangerous goods handling and irregular operations.
Contribute to a culture of professionalism, consistency, and continuous improvement across the flight operation.
