Compass Cargo Airlines is a growing Bulgarian cargo operator flying the Boeing 737-800SF alongside our Boeing 747-400F and 747-400ERF widebody fleet. 🧭 About the operation
As a Boeing 737NG Captain at Compass Cargo Airlines, you will operate in a truly international, multicultural environment focused on safe, on-time, cargo-oriented flying. Our 737-800SF network complements the long-haul capability of our 747-400F and 747-400ERF aircraft, giving you exposure to a broad and varied operation within one company. Expect dynamic schedules, swift turnarounds, and professional coordination with our OCC, ground, and maintenance teams every day.

- Command Boeing 737NG freighter flights across an expanding network with unwavering attention to safety and SOP adherence.
- Lead the flight deck with clear, concise communication and exemplary CRM in all phases of operation.
- Execute night operations and quick turnarounds efficiently while maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Handle dangerous goods per company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, engineering, and ground handling to protect schedule integrity and cargo priorities.
- Champion standardization, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the Compass flight deck community.

📏 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 3000 hours
- PIC Time: 2000 hours
- In Type (B737NG): 1000 hours
- PIC in Type: 500 hours
- Type Rating: B737NG required
- Preferred: TRI/TRE experience is an advantage
📜 Licensing, medical & language
- License Required: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 5
