Boeing 737NG Captain (Type-Rated)

🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will command B737NG operations with professionalism and precision—setting the tone for flight safety, on-time performance, and an exceptional crew and passenger experience.

• Lead all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, company policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise sound judgement in dynamic environments, applying CRM and TEM best practices.
• Oversee flight preparation, performance calculations, and fuel planning in collaboration with Dispatch/Operations.
• Mentor and develop flight deck colleagues, fostering a just culture and continuous improvement.
• Maintain currency and proficiency through training, checking, and adherence to safety management systems.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 5,000 hours (minimum 5,000 block hours)
• PIC in Type: 2,000 hours on the Boeing 737NG
• Type Rating: Current and valid Boeing 737NG rating
• License: Unrestricted ATPL; EASA accepted
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Work Authorization: Ability to work without employer visa sponsorship

Note: Only type-rated Captains meeting the above minima will be considered.
