As Captain on the Boeing 737NG, you will lead a professional crew to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations across all phases of flight. You will own decision-making on the day, uphold SOPs and CRM, mentor your team, and ensure a first-class operational standard every sector.

  • Exercise command with sound judgement, airmanship, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance, and fuel management.
  • Champion safety culture, SOP adherence, and effective crew communication.
  • Manage abnormal and emergency procedures with calm, decisive leadership.
  • Represent the operation professionally with stakeholders and passengers.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: ATPLFAA, ICAO, or JAA
  • Type rating: Boeing 737NG (required)
  • Total jet time: 3,500+ hours
  • PIC time (total): 2,500+ hours
  • PIC on type: 500+ hours on B737NG
  • Medical: Class 1 (valid)
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Flight time note: Minimum 2,500 hours Pilot-in-Command on jet aircraft.
