🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 4,000+ hours, including experience on aircraft with MTOW > 27 tons
• PIC in Type: 500+ hours on B737NG
• Type Rating: Current and valid B737NG
• Last Flight: Actively flown within the last 6 months
• License: ATPL (open to EASA, FAA, or ICAO license holders)
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ELP Level 4 or higher
• Education: At least high school graduation
• Base: Willing to accept and reside at the base assigned by AJet
• Visa Sponsorship: Provided

🧭 Licensing & Currency

• Validity at Start: Flight license must have at least 2 months of validity remaining as of employment start date
• Logbook: Pages must be up‑to‑date and approved
• Health: Must be able to pass a pre‑employment health examination

🛡️ Compliance & Clearances

• Discipline: No written punishment due to flight failure or flight indiscipline
• Criminal Record: No criminal record or criminal archive record
• Safety: Incident/Accident Clearance Statement required
• Company History: No prior dismissal for indiscipline from Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations; not previously separated from Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates due to contract termination

• Exercise sound judgment and leadership in all phases of flight, fostering a strong safety culture
• Maintain currency, proficiency, and documentation to the highest professional standard
• Collaborate with the wider flight operations team to support on‑time, reliable performance
