Step into the left seat on the Boeing 737 Next Generation with a permanent contract. If you hold a CAAT-issued ATPL, have 500+ hours PIC, a valid Class 1 medical, and ICAO English Level 4 or higher, we’ll provide the full type rating to get you flying confidently and safely.
🧭 Your mission
As Captain on the Boeing 737NG, you’ll lead the flight deck, safeguard operational excellence, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers and crew.
- Command all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Exercise sound decision-making with a strong safety mindset under dynamic operational conditions.
- Lead the crew using effective CRM, fostering teamwork, mentorship, and clear communication.
- Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel, payload, weather, and NOTAM review.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, security, and safety standards.
- Represent the airline professionally with passengers, partners, and authorities.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- PIC time: 500 hours minimum
- License: Valid ATPL issued/accepted by CAAT
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Right to work: Must already hold the legal right to live and work in the hiring location (no sponsorship)
Only candidates meeting the above minimums will be progressed.
🌟 Training and onboarding (NTR)
We welcome non-type-rated Captains and provide a structured pathway to the 737NG:
- Aircraft systems ground school and performance
- Full-flight simulator training, including LOFT scenarios
- Operator Conversion Course and differences training
- Supervised line training to release to line
- Final checks (LPC/OPC) as per regulatory standards
Training timelines and course allocation are subject to operational planning and successful selection.
