Boeing 737NG Captain – Seasonal Operations (Type-Rated)

✈️ The mission

Lead safe, efficient Boeing 737NG operations while setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and customer care.

• Operate Luxair flights in accordance with company SOPs and EASA OPS.
• Champion safety, compliance, and on-time performance across all phases of flight.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Maintain positive working relationships with Air Traffic Control, Ground Operations, and other operational stakeholders.
• Exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions while remaining passenger-focused.

🧭 What you bring

• Flight experience: At least 4,000 hours total flying time with an airline operating under EASA OPS, including a minimum of 500 hours on type, plus previous Captain experience.
• Type rating: Current and valid Boeing 737NG type rating.
• License: Valid ATPL issued by an EASA member state.
• Medical: Current Class 1 medical certificate.
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Education: Secondary school leaving qualification granting university access in the issuing country and/or a recognized university diploma.

• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, briefings, and risk assessments with your crew.
• Execute all flight phases with discipline and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor weather, performance, and operational factors; adapt plans as needed.
• Communicate proactively with passengers and operational partners to ensure a smooth journey.
• Complete post-flight reports and debriefs to support continuous improvement.
