Step into the left seat of the Boeing 737 Next Generation. We’re seeking seasoned multi-crew jet professionals to lead safe, efficient operations. Non‑type‑rated captains are welcome — full type training is provided.
✈️ The opportunity
As Captain, you will take command of Boeing 737NG operations, leading a high‑performance crew and delivering safe, on‑time flights while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, leadership, and regulatory compliance. This is a permanent role with a comprehensive training pathway for non‑type‑rated applicants.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command multi‑crew Boeing 737NG operations with a safety‑first mindset and robust decision‑making.
- Lead, brief, and mentor the flight and cabin crew to ensure exemplary CRM and operational standards.
- Execute all phases of flight with precise adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage fuel, performance, and operational risk, adapting to changing environments and schedules.
- Champion a just culture, continuous improvement, and professional development within the flight deck.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,500 hours minimum
- PIC time: 800 hours minimum (for EASA licence holders)
- Multi‑engine jet time: 2,000 hours minimum
- Multi‑pilot (multi‑crew) time: 2,000 hours minimum
- Licence: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required; training provided
- Background check: Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all regulatory requirements
🧰 Flight time notes
- Minimum of 2,000 hours on a multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet aircraft with an MTOW >30,000 kg with an established airline, cargo operator, or military transport unit.
- Minimum of 800 hours PIC (for EASA licence holders) on a multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet aircraft >30,000 kg MTOW. No PIC hours on turboprop aircraft shall be considered.
- For EASA licence holders, the application must be made within 36 months of the most recent relevant type rating “Valid Until” date specified in Section XII “Certificate of Revalidation” (i.e., the rating must not have expired for longer than 3 years at the intended course commencement date).
- Currency: Must have operated on a multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet >30,000 kg MTOW within the 36 months prior to the course start date.
