As a Boeing 737NG Captain, you will be part of an international, multicultural team that thrives on precision and reliability. 🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command the Boeing 737-800SF on international cargo missions for blue-chip customers, ensuring safety, punctuality, and efficiency.
- Execute night flying, quick turnarounds, and DG handling in full alignment with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
- Lead a high-performing flight deck, modeling consistent CRM, clear communication, and calm, solution-oriented decision-making.
- Coordinate effectively with OCC, ground handlers, and maintenance to maintain operational flow and on-time performance.
- Manage flight planning, performance, payload, fuel, and weather/NOTAM considerations to deliver safe, cargo-focused outcomes.
- Contribute to a continuous-improvement culture; if qualified as TRI/TRE, support training and standardization activities.
🧰 What You Bring
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) and EASA Class 1 Medical.
- Current Boeing 737 type rating (NG).
- Minimum experience: 3000 hours total time, including 1000 hours on B737NG, 500 hours PIC on B737NG, and 2000 hours total PIC.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
- TRI/TRE is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills with a professional, consistent, and solutions-driven approach.
