KlasJet is seeking experienced Boeing 737 Captains to join our growing international operation. We’re looking for aviation professionals who combine solid command experience with leadership, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to the highest safety standards.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Exercise full command authority across all phases of flight, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck team, promoting strong CRM and collaborative decision-making.
- Oversee thorough flight preparation: performance, route, fuel planning, weather, and NOTAMs.
- Uphold company SOPs and regulatory standards (EASA, ICAO), championing a proactive safety culture.
- Manage abnormal and emergency situations with calm, clarity, and sound judgment.
- Deliver a professional, service-focused experience to passengers and stakeholders worldwide.
- Represent KlasJet with professionalism at all destinations and interfaces.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 3,500 hours+
- PIC time: 500 hours+
- Current type rating on Boeing 737 300–900; NG experience preferred
- Valid EASA ATPL(A)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
