• Command Boeing 737NG operations in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering a safety-first and collaborative cockpit environment.
• Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
• Ensure precise FMS/EFIS utilization and adherence to OEM and company procedures.
• Maintain training currency, proficiency, and high operational standards.
