🧭 Role Overview

As a Boeing 737NG Captain, you will command domestic and/or international operations under Part 121, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care. You will mentor and lead the flight deck team, make sound operational decisions, and collaborate closely with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Cabin Operations to deliver an exceptional and efficient operation.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Exercise PIC authority while maintaining strict adherence to company policy and all applicable regulations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel, MEL/CDL, and alternates.
  • Lead the flight crew through all phases of flight; foster a just culture and strong CRM.
  • Manage real-time operational decisions and irregular operations with calm, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with ATC, Dispatch, and Maintenance Control to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.
  • Uphold cabin safety and service standards; represent the brand to customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through training, checking, and continuous improvement.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Flight time: 2,000 hrs turbine PIC; 1,000 hrs Part 121 PIC.
  • Boeing 737NG type rating required.
  • Holds FAA ATP (Multi-Engine Land) and is eligible for unrestricted ATP MEL.
  • Meets 14 CFR §121.436(a)(3).
  • FAA First-Class Medical.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule with variable hours and duty days up to 16 hours, including nights/overnights, weekends, holidays, and multiple days away from home.
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening.
  • Authorized to work without employer-sponsored visa.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • 5,000+ hours total fixed-wing time preferred.

🕒 Schedule & Operations

Expect a dynamic, rotating schedule that may include nighttime or overnight operations, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips. Successful candidates demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to operational reliability and safety.
