Boeing 737NG Captain – Direct Entry (Spring Japan)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command Boeing 737NG operations with uncompromising safety, compliance, and situational awareness.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering a collaborative, standard-driven culture.
• Deliver smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations across all phases of flight.
• Exercise sound judgment in adverse weather, ATC constraints, and operational irregularities.
• Uphold company SOPs and regulatory requirements at all times.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Total Flight Time: 4,000 hours minimum
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,000 hours minimum
• Jet Experience: 3,000 hours (multi-engine)
• EFIS Time: 1,000 hours
• Type Rating: Current Boeing 737 type rating required
• License: Valid ICAO ATPL
• Medical: ICAO Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or above

• Type-Rated: Required on B737
• Licensing Pathways: B737 ICAO ATPL; or a jet type rating acceptable toward JCAB ATPL issuance
• Open To: ICAO license holders
