✈️ Role overview

As a Captain in ASKY Airlines’ Operations department, you will exercise command on Boeing 737 NG or NG/MAX aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of flight safety, compliance, and crew leadership while delivering an excellent operation.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Lead all phases of flight in command on B737 NG or NG/MAX, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Oversee preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM review.
• Coordinate with dispatch, cabin crew, and ground teams for on-time, efficient turnarounds.
• Apply sound operational judgment, threat and error management, and robust decision-making.
• Foster a professional, communicative cockpit culture and mentor flight crew.
• Represent ASKY Airlines to customers and stakeholders with professionalism at all times.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Current ATPL issued by FAA, EASA, or ICAO.
• Valid Boeing 737 NG or NG/MAX type rating.
• Total flight time: at least 5,000 hours.
• PIC on multi-pilot aeroplanes: at least 1,500 hours.
• PIC on Boeing 737 NG or NG/MAX: at least 1,000 hours.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Valid licence and current Class 1 medical certificate.
• Maximum age: 55.
