🧭 The mission

As a Line Training Captain, you’ll champion operational excellence on the Boeing 737 MAX—delivering line training, coaching and standardization across our growing team. You will model world-class airmanship, reinforce SOPs, and drive a proactive safety culture while ensuring every flight reflects VietJet Qazaqstan’s service ethos.

🧰 What you’ll do

Conduct line training, line checks, and OE sessions for flight crew on the B737 MAX.
Coach, mentor, and assess pilot performance with clear, constructive feedback.
Promote rigorous adherence to SOPs, SMS principles, and effective CRM.
Exercise sound judgment in dynamic operational conditions, prioritizing safety and compliance.
Partner with Flight Operations, Training, and Safety teams to enhance procedures and training materials.
Maintain accurate training records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and irregular operations as required.
