As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and on‑time operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and passenger care.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the B737 MAX in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, briefings, and performance calculations.
• Monitor all phases of flight, managing systems and communicating effectively with the crew.
• Champion safety, reporting, and continuous improvement culture.
• Deliver a professional, customer‑focused experience on every sector.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: ≥ 1,500 hours (≥ 1,000 hours for Dominican candidates)
• PIC time: Not required
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
• License: Valid ATPL with ICAO privileges
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ELP Level 4 or above
• Visa: Current U.S. B1/B2 on date; no visa sponsorship available

• Type rated on Boeing 737 NG/MAX (preferred)
• Strong CRM, decision‑making, and communication skills

Non‑type rated pilots who meet the minimums will receive B737 training.
