- Contribute to a positive, learning‑focused culture—supporting colleagues, mentoring where appropriate, and sharing best practice.

🧭 Eligibility & Minimums
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL (CPL/ATPL theory credit) with valid IR, ME, and UPRT.
- Medical: EASA Class 1.
- English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- PIC Time: Minimum 70 hours.
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided upon hire.
- MCC: Completed course preferred (advantageous, not mandatory).
- Work Authorization: EU passport required; visa sponsorship not provided.
🧭 Training & Development
- Type rating provided upon hire for successful candidates without a current B737 rating.
- Structured induction, recurrent training, and evidence‑based training centered on safety and performance.
- Ongoing CRM and safety culture development to sharpen leadership, communication, and decision‑making.
