🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Boeing 737 MAX as First Officer, supporting the Captain in all phases of flight.
  • Adhere to SOPs and a strong safety culture while delivering on-time, passenger-focused operations.
  • Execute precise flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Maintain excellent CRM, communication, and teamwork within a multi-crew environment.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance and contribute to continuous improvement and training.

🧰 What you bring

  • In type: Minimum 500 hours on type (B737).
  • Type rating: Required (B737).
  • License required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME under EASA Part-FCL.
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • Language: ICAO English Level 5 (minimum).
  • Right to work: Legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region.
  • Passport: Unrestricted, valid for international travel.
  • Background: No criminal record; able to pass a 5-year security check.
  • License conversion: Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted; however, they must be converted to DK, SE or NO within 12 months of signing a contract with Norwegian.
