Neos is expanding its network and inviting skilled, safety-focused First Officers to operate our Boeing 737 fleet (Series 300–900). If you are EASA-licensed, type-rated, and ready for a permanent opportunity with a growing Italian carrier, we want to hear from you.

  • Aircraft: Boeing 737 (Series 300–900)
  • Position: First Officer (Type-Rated)
  • Minimum Total Time: 800 hours
  • Licence: EASA CPL + IR + ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: Italian Level 6 (minimum) and ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the Boeing 737 safely and efficiently across Neos’ expanding route network, upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Support all phases of flight: planning, pre-flight, departure, en‑route operations, arrival, and post‑flight duties.
  • Work seamlessly within a multi‑crew environment, demonstrating strong CRM, communication, and decision‑making.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and on‑time performance while delivering an excellent guest experience.
  • Engage in recurrent training and checking to maintain the highest professional standards.

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME, plus valid Class 1 Medical.
  • Current Boeing 737 type rating (Series 300–900).
  • Minimum 800 hours total flight time.
  • Italian language proficiency minimum Level 6; English ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No criminal record.
  • Ability to travel unrestricted to and from all countries served by Neos S.p.A.
