✈️ The Opportunity
FLY4 is recruiting experienced First Officers to fly the Boeing 737 on ACMI operations. 🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Boeing 737 (300–900) safely and efficiently in multicrew operations across a variety of ACMI missions.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and highest safety standards.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings; support effective decision-making with the Commander.
- Champion a strong safety culture, exemplary CRM, and professional communication with crew, operations, and partners.
- Deliver a smooth, customer-focused journey for passengers and colleagues aligned with FLY4’s values.

🌟 What You’ll Bring
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) issued in accordance with Part-FCL.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical (Part-MED).
- ICAO English Level 5 or 6.
- Valid Boeing 737 300–900 type rating.
- Minimum 1,000 hours total time, including at least 500 hours as First Officer on B737 300–900.
- Reliable, trustworthy, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
- Excellent managerial and communication skills; strong problem-solving and high stress tolerance.
- Passion for delivering a great journey for passengers and colleagues.

- Clean criminal record; eligible to work in the EU/UK.
- Willingness to work on ACMI operations and to use flexible commuting arrangements.
