🧭 The opportunity
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated First Officer to fly the Boeing 737 Classic/Next‑Generation. This is a permanent position for pilots who thrive in a professional, safety‑focused environment and are comfortable operating from multiple bases as rostered.

- Deliver safe, compliant operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Commander in all phases of flight, including pre‑flight planning, performance, and threat/error management.
- Execute precise CRM and clear communication in a multi‑crew, multi‑base environment.
- Uphold a just‑culture approach to reporting, learning, and continuous improvement.

🧾 Minimum requirements
- Licence: CPL with IR and ME (EASA or UK CAA).
- Medical: Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided; experience on type preferred.
- Background: No accidents/incidents; no criminal record; no security restrictions.
- Work authorisation: Able to work without visa sponsorship (sponsorship not provided).
🎓 Training & growth
Non‑type‑rated applicants are welcome. Successful candidates will receive type rating and company training on the Boeing 737 CL/NG, followed by supervised line flying and ongoing proficiency development.
