  • Medical: Valid EU Class 1 (Part‑MED)
  • Type rating: Type‑rated or non‑type‑rated applicants welcome
  • Minimum experience: 800 hours total time

🧰 What you will do

  • Operate as First Officer on the Boeing 737 (300–900) in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Support the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and adherence to operational requirements.
  • Execute all phases of flight with a safety‑first mindset, maintaining situational awareness and crew coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with ATC and ground operations in Italian and English as required by the route and operation.
  • Uphold Neos S.p.A. values and deliver a professional, passenger‑focused service.

🌟 What you bring

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • License type: EASA Part‑FCL (type‑rated or non‑type‑rated on B737 accepted).
  • Medical: Valid EU Class 1 (Part‑MED).
  • Experience: Minimum 800 hours total flight time.
  • Languages: Italian proficiency minimum Level 6; English proficiency minimum Level 4.
  • Compliance: No criminal record.
  • Travel: Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries served by Neos S.p.A.
  • Base: Willing and able to operate from Somma Lombardo, Italy.
