Neos is hiring experienced Captains to support our growing business and expanding flight network. Whether you are already type rated on the Boeing 737 or joining as non-type rated, you will fly pivotal routes, lead high-performing crews, and deliver the safe, reliable, and warm Italian service our customers love.

🧭 The opportunity

As a Neos Captain, you’ll command Boeing 737 operations across our network, setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and passenger experience. You’ll coach and mentor flight deck colleagues, make sound decisions in dynamic environments, and represent Neos with confidence and care.

  • Lead safe, efficient line operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Exercise sound judgment and leadership, fostering a just culture and strong crew resource management.
  • Champion on-time performance while maintaining the highest safety margins.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience aligned with Neos values.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1,000 hours
  • License: ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type rating: Not required (Training provided for non-type rated)
  • ICAO ELP level: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: English and Italian
  • Employment: Permanent
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 Additional requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Italian proficiency: Minimum Level 6
  • Background: No criminal record
  • Travel eligibility: Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries served by Neos S.p.A.
  • NTR friendly: Non-type rated Captains are welcome—structured training provided
