VietJet Qazaqstan is seeking an accomplished Boeing 737 Captain to operate scheduled passenger services across Kazakhstan. As Pilot-in-Command, you will uphold the highest standards of flight safety, regulatory compliance, and professionalism while mentoring a two-person cockpit crew and delivering an exceptional passenger experience.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the B737 in scheduled passenger service as Captain and Pilot-in-Command.
  • Ensure uncompromising flight safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Lead and mentor the two-person cockpit crew, fostering cooperation, trust, and clear communication.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, dispatch, and cabin crew to deliver punctual, efficient services and outstanding customer care.
  • Participate actively in training, recurrent checks, and upgrade programmes.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid ATPL with a current Boeing 737 type rating (B737).
  • Minimum 3,000 total flight hours.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Demonstrated leadership and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Compliance: Strict adherence to company SOPs and applicable CAA/ICAO regulations is required.
