✈️ The role

As a Boeing 737 Captain with Buzz, you’ll lead safe and efficient line operations, mentor flight crew, and deliver an excellent passenger experience across a busy European network. Base selection will be awarded on a first‑come, first‑served basis, aligned to operational needs.

🧭 Where you’ll be based

We are hiring for multiple bases across Central and Eastern Europe, including:

  • Gdańsk (GDN)
  • Katowice (KTW)
  • Kaunas (KUN)
  • Kraków (KRK)
  • Poznań (POZ)
  • Vilnius (VNO)
  • Wrocław (WRO)

Home base allocation is subject to availability at the time of offer.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid EASA ATPL.
  • Unlimited right to live and work in the EU.
  • Maximum age 65 years.
  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours on multi‑crew, multi‑engine jets over 30,000 kg MTOW with a reputable airline, cargo operator, private operator, or military transport.
  • Minimum 800 hours PIC on multi‑crew, multi‑engine jets over 30,000 kg MTOW.
  • Minimum 500 hours PIC on Boeing 737‑300 to 900 aircraft.
  • Valid B737‑300 to 900 type rating.
  • B737‑300 to 900 type rating not expired for more than 3 years at the planned course start date.
  • Verified command line flight on B737‑300 to 900 within 36 months prior to course start date.
  • ICAO English Level 4 (operational) in writing and speech.
  • Successful completion of EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.175 behavioral assessment (AON online assessment €60 + comprehensive psychological evaluation).
