✈️ The opportunity
Neos S.p.A., part of Alpitour World, operates scheduled domestic, international, and intercontinental flights. To support our strong growth and expanding route network, we are inviting experienced Captains to join our Boeing 737 fleet spanning the 300 to 900 series. Both type-rated and non–type-rated Captains are welcome to apply.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command Boeing 737 operations (300–900) across a diverse network of domestic and international routes.
- Lead a high-performing flight deck and cabin team, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger experience.
- Adhere to company SOPs, EASA regulations, and operational policies at all times.
- Exercise sound judgment in normal and non-normal operations, including comprehensive flight planning and decision-making.
- Represent Neos’ values and service standards in every phase of flight.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- EASA Part-FCL pilot licence.
- Valid EU Class 1 medical certificate (Part-MED).
- Language proficiency: Italian minimum Level 6; English minimum Level 4.
- Minimum 5,000 hours total time and 1,000 hours PIC.
- No criminal record.
- Legal ability to travel without restriction to and from all countries served by Neos S.p.A.
- Applications welcomed from both type-rated and non–type-rated Captains on the Boeing 737.
