🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Boeing 737-800 with uncompromising safety and efficiency.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain rigorous standards in flight planning, briefings, checklist discipline, and post-flight reporting.
- Captains: Lead the flight deck, mentor First Officers, and—subject to selection—undertake instructor or examiner duties.

- Valid CPL or ATPL.
- Boeing 737-800 type rating, or a strong willingness to obtain it.
- First Officer: Completed flight training academy.
- Captain: Relevant command experience on type or comparable aircraft.
