🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Boeing 737-800 with uncompromising safety and efficiency.
• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain rigorous standards in flight planning, briefings, checklist discipline, and post-flight reporting.
• Captains: Lead the flight deck, mentor First Officers, and—subject to selection—undertake instructor or examiner duties.

• Valid CPL or ATPL.
• Boeing 737-800 type rating, or a strong willingness to obtain it.
• First Officer: Completed flight training academy.
• Captain: Relevant command experience on type or comparable aircraft.
