Boeing 737-800 Captain – Tokyo Narita Base

✈️ The opportunity

Take the left seat on the Boeing 737-800 and help shape the next phase of growth at Spring Airlines Japan. You’ll fly from Tokyo Narita, lead a professional flight deck, and deliver safe, on-time operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer service.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the Boeing 737-800 safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck team, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic operational environments.
• Deliver a punctual, customer-focused service consistent with a modern LCC.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• B737 type rating for ICAO ATPL, or Jet type rating for JCAB ATPL.
• Minimum 1000 hours PIC with a commercial airline.
• Minimum 4000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 3000 hours on jet aircraft.
• Minimum 1000 hours EFIS experience.
• Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or above.
• Age: below 55 for ICAO license holders or 60 for JCAB license holders (employment up to 67 years of age).
• Commitment to a 3-year renewable contract.
• Willingness to train for approximately 8 months.
• Ability to travel to Tokyo for assessment (interview, simulator test, medical check).
