🧭 What you’ll do

  • Support safe, efficient twin-engine operations on the robust BN-2 Islander across short sectors and variable weather.
  • Execute SOP-driven departures, approaches, and landings, including occasional STOL-style operations where applicable.
  • Work seamlessly with the Captain and ground teams to deliver on-time performance and exceptional passenger experience.
  • Manage checklists, navigation, radios, and situational awareness in both VFR and IFR environments.
  • Champion a just culture: proactive reporting, checklist discipline, and a meticulous approach to safety.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 500 hours minimum
  • Multi-engine PIC: 100 hours minimum
  • License required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: UK CAA only
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Right to work: Required (visa sponsorship not provided)

NTR candidates are welcome—structured BN-2 Islander training will be provided to successful applicants.
