Starlink Aviation is hiring a Captain to operate a Beechcraft King Air 350 in charter and corporate service for an owner client. This is a permanent, Quebec-based role where safety, professionalism, and exceptional, bilingual client care are paramount.
🧭 The Mission
Lead safe, efficient, and discreet operations across charter and corporate missions for an owner client. You’ll set the tone for safety and service, communicate fluently in French and English, and ensure every sector reflects Starlink Aviation’s professional standards.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Exercise full Captaincy of the King Air 350, ensuring safe, compliant operations at all times.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and alternates.
- Deliver a polished, bilingual client experience tailored to charter and corporate expectations.
- Lead and mentor crew members; foster effective CRM and a collaborative cockpit culture.
- Uphold company procedures and Canadian Aviation Regulations; maintain meticulous records.
- Adapt to dynamic mission profiles and schedules with professionalism and discretion.
- Participate in training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🛡️ Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 1,500 hours minimum.
- License: Valid ATPL issued by TCCA.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language: Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4; bilingual French/English required.
- Experience: Turboprop experience (PIC/SIC).
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR).
- Security: Eligible to obtain a RAIC.
- Work Authorization: No visa sponsorship provided; must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
➕ Preferred
- King Air 350 experience and/or recent PPC/annotation.
- International operations experience.

Comprehensive aircraft-specific training and checking on the King Air 350 will be provided, along with line indoctrination and standard operating procedures to support your success.
