🧭 Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
  • Current IATRA, IR, and ME privileges.
  • Valid TCCA licence and Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.

🧳 Work & Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel away from home, including overnights.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
  • Able to travel to/from the United States without restrictions.

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Beechcraft 1900 type rating (preference given; training provided if not held).
  • Multi-crew, multi-engine, IFR, and/or turbine time.
  • Experience in 600/702/703/704/705 operations or military flying.
  • Flight Instructors with 1000+ hours total time are encouraged to apply.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight while adhering to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough preflight inspections.
  • Operate in a multi-crew environment using effective CRM and clear communication.
  • Maintain exceptional situational awareness and decision-making under IFR and VFR as applicable.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and professional customer service on every sector.

📚 Training & Onboarding

Type rating is not required—comprehensive training is provided. You’ll receive aircraft systems, ground school, simulator, and line training tailored to the Beechcraft 1900 to set you up for success.
