🧭 Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
- Current IATRA, IR, and ME privileges.
- Valid TCCA licence and Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
🧳 Work & Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel away from home, including overnights.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
- Able to travel to/from the United States without restrictions.
🌟 Preferred Experience
- Beechcraft 1900 type rating (preference given; training provided if not held).
- Multi-crew, multi-engine, IFR, and/or turbine time.
- Experience in 600/702/703/704/705 operations or military flying.
- Flight Instructors with 1000+ hours total time are encouraged to apply.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight while adhering to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough preflight inspections.
- Operate in a multi-crew environment using effective CRM and clear communication.
- Maintain exceptional situational awareness and decision-making under IFR and VFR as applicable.
- Champion a strong safety culture and professional customer service on every sector.
📚 Training & Onboarding
Type rating is not required—comprehensive training is provided. You’ll receive aircraft systems, ground school, simulator, and line training tailored to the Beechcraft 1900 to set you up for success.
