🧭 The opportunity
Step into the right seat of a proven workhorse. As a Beechcraft 1900 First Officer, you’ll fly multi-crew IFR operations, sharpen your turbine skills, and build time with a safety-first team that invests in your training. Non-type-rated candidates are welcome—we’ll provide the type training you need to succeed.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Execute multi-crew IFR operations in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and the CARs.
- Support the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
- Maintain disciplined checklist usage and effective cockpit communication (CRM).
- Deliver safe, on-time operations while providing professional service to passengers and partners.
- Participate in ongoing training, line checks, and safety reporting to continuously improve operational standards.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 500 hours
- Licences: TCCA IATRA, Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Level 4+
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Open to licence holders: TCCA
🧭 Operational readiness
- Ability to travel away from home, including overnights.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must be eligible to work in Canada).
🛫 Preferred profile
- Type rating on the Beechcraft 1900 and/or multi-crew, multi-engine, IFR, and turbine experience.
- Experience in CARs 600/702/703/704/705 operations or military flying.
- Flight Instructors with 1000+ hours total time are encouraged to apply.
Preference is given to candidates meeting the above; however, strong NTR applicants who meet the minimums will be fully considered.
