As Pacific Coastal Airlines becomes one of the leading regional airlines in Canada, we’re looking for qualified B1900 Direct Entry Captains to join our seasoned flight crew in Vancouver.
🧭 What you’ll do
Lead safe, efficient Beechcraft 1900 operations across our regional network while mentoring crew members and delivering the warm, reliable service Pacific Coastal is known for.
- Exercise PIC authority on the Beechcraft 1900 in multi-crew, IFR environments.
- Champion safety, SOP compliance, and sound decision-making in all phases of flight.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service to keep our operation running on time.
- Coach and support First Officers to foster a professional, learning-focused cockpit.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Experience: 1,000 hours multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR, and/or turbine in 600/702/703/704/705 operation
- Licence: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 minimum
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
Open to TCCA licence holders only. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions.
