Neos, the Italian airline within Alpitour World, is expanding its flight network and seeking a skilled First Officer to operate on the Boeing 777/787 fleet. We welcome both type‑rated and non‑type rated pilots who are passionate about safe, reliable, and guest‑focused operations.

As a B777/B787 First Officer at Neos, you will fly on an expanding network while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and teamwork. You will collaborate closely with the Captain and flight operations teams to deliver punctual, compliant, and comfortable journeys for our guests.

🧭 Where You’ll Be Based

This is an on‑site cockpit role located in Somma Lombardo, Italy.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Operate the Boeing 777/787 as First Officer in accordance with Neos SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight, including pre‑flight planning, performance, and post‑flight duties.
  • Apply robust CRM and TEM principles to maintain a just culture and unwavering safety standards.
  • Monitor weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and operational factors to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
  • Represent Neos with professionalism and deliver a guest‑centric experience.

🌟 What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • License type: EASA Part‑FCL.
  • Valid EU Class 1 Medical Certificate (Part‑MED).
  • Italian language proficiency: minimum Level 6.
  • English language proficiency: minimum Level 4.
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total time (First Officer).
  • No criminal record.
  • Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Neos S.p.A.
  • B777 or B787 type rating welcomed; non‑type rated applicants are also encouraged to apply.
