🧭 The role

As a Type-Rated First Officer, you will operate the B737 safely and efficiently across Buzz’s network, upholding the highest standards of professionalism, airmanship, and customer focus. You will support the Captain in all phases of flight, apply company SOPs, and contribute to on-time performance while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings in accordance with Buzz and EASA requirements.
Maintain strict compliance with SOPs, checklists, and CRM best practices.
Execute normal and non-normal procedures, ensuring passenger and crew safety at all times.
Participate in recurrent training and checking to sustain regulatory and company standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 1,200 hours
On type (B737): 800 hours
Turbine time: 1,000 hours
Type rating: Current B737 type rating required
Currency: Must have operated as First Officer on B737-300 to -900 within 36 months prior to course start date
License: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
Accepted licences: EASA
Medical: Class 1
ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
