🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the B737NG as First Officer on scheduled and ad-hoc cargo missions.
  • Ensure the safe, efficient transport of freight in full compliance with company procedures and FAA regulations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and postflight reporting.
  • Exercise sound judgment in normal, abnormal, and emergency scenarios in accordance with SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain, dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to deliver on-time performance.
  • Adapt to changing schedules, weather, and operational requirements to keep cargo moving.

  • Successfully complete 7Air’s FAA-approved initial, upgrade, or recurrent flight and ground training.
  • Complete all training and qualification segments of the 7Air approved training program.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency to company and regulatory standards.
