B737 First Officer (Copiloto) – Guarulhos, Brazil

🧭 Role overview

As a B737 First Officer (Copiloto), you will operate as second-in-command on domestic and international routes, upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

🧰 What you will do

• Support the Captain in all phases of flight, executing normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
• Operate in strict compliance with company SOPs, RBAC regulations, and applicable ICAO standards.
• Demonstrate strong CRM, threat and error management, and clear, professional communication.
• Participate in recurrent training and checks to maintain currency and proficiency.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Minimum 500 hours on fixed-wing aircraft (verified in electronic CIV).
• Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• Valid instrument rating.
• Valid multi-engine type or class rating.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Theoretical PLA.
• Valid passport.
• Full availability for relocation.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

• B737 type rating.
• University degree (preferably in Aeronautical Sciences or Civil Aviation).
• Experience as a pilot in an airline regulated by RBAC 121.
• Previous experience with turboprop or jet aircraft.
• Flight Instructor rating.
• Jet Training course.
• Checked PLA.
