🧭 The opportunity

This is a Direct Entry Captain opportunity for highly motivated pilots with significant multi-crew jet experience to command B737 operations across multiple European bases. You’ll join a dynamic, expanding airline environment with industry-leading training, support, and pathways to progress.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • Not over 65 years of age
  • Valid EU (Part-MED) Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 3,500 hours total flying time
  • Minimum 2,000 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft over 30,000 kg MTOW with an established airline, cargo operator, or military transport
  • Minimum 800 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft over 30,000 kg
  • Minimum 500 hours PIC on Boeing 737-300 to -900 series
  • Valid B737-300 to -900 type rating on licence (type rating must not have expired for longer than 3 years at course start)
  • Operated B737-300 to -900 as Commander within 36 months prior to course start
  • ICAO English Level 4 (operational) including written proficiency

🔎 Assessments & compliance

  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check
  • Willingness to complete the EASA Work-Related Behavioural Assessment (a €60 fee applies)
